Volunteers Needed!

Tasks to be done for any given edition of Kitchener's Naughty Night Out:

  • Providers of equipment! Please bring your toys! Large or small we love it all so please let us know what you'd like to bring and we'll try and figure out how to have fun with it. Failing that you'll have to explain it to us.
  • Wranglers - A couple of folks to assist setting up / taking down said equipment and otherwise preparing the place for play. Set up is approximately 5 pm and we strike the set around 11:30 pm.
  • DMs - The DMs monitor the play space and social areas for safe play and slavish conformance to house rules. Typically a one hour shift starting on the half hour, with the first shift starting at 6:30 and the last shift starting at 10:30 pm.
    (If you volunteer for a DM shift please let me know if
    • you'd like a particular half of the night (early or late),
    • if you are available for more than an hour
    • and, if you're one of a couple or larger grouping, let me know if you need/prefer/like to work together or as far apart as possible.)
    • Med Staff - Shifts will be split among those volunteering. Again please let us know if there are any time constraints.
    • Equipment Host/Hostess - The EH gets the names of the people who would like to use the equipment and steers them toward the Chief DM for a quick hello. Shifts will be split among those volunteering.
    • Door Person - The folks at the door have THE list and they make sure our party-goers are on it. Two one hour shifts, one starting at 6:30 pm and the other at 7:30 pm.
